At Treasures of Pearl, we know when you buy something online, you want to get your purchase as fast (and as inexpensive) as possible.

Q: How can I receive my order?

A: There are 2 options to receive your orders:

  • USPS Shipping

  • Pickup Method. You will receive an email after your order is fulfilled to set up a pick up time. If the times available do not work for you, please contact info@treasuresofpearl.com to coordinate your pickup time near Severn, Maryland.

Your order must be placed through the website due to inventory tracking purposes.

Q: Can you guarantee shipping times?

A: Unfortunately not as this time. Shipping time is the responsibility of the carrier that is delivering your package.

Q: Can I track my shipping order?

A: You will be provided a tracking number when your order is fulfilled through the email you provided when you checked out.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Currently we only ship to the United States and APO/FPO/DPO. 

Q: Who qualifies for pickup orders?

A: Pickup is only available for persons willing to pickup near Severn, MD.

Q: What if my order is lost in transit or order shows delivered but I did not receive it?

A. ROUTE PROTECTION -  Treasures of Pearl is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout. If you deselect the package protection  Treasures of Pearl is not responsible for loss, damaged or stolen items and you must file a claim with the carrier that your order was shipped with. 

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Q. What if my order is returned to  Treasures of Pearl

A. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

Please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. This includes but is not limited to: correct abbreviations, street numbers, and building or apartment numbers. We are unable to make any changes or additions to an order after it has been placed. We are not responsible for incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Q. What if I can’t make my scheduled pick up time?

A. Contact info@treasuresofpearl.com at least 8 hours before your schedule pick up time to cancel or reschedule. If you miss your scheduled pick up time and have not notified us, you will be required to pay for the shipment of your items.
