Refund policy

At Treasures of Pearl, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item (stains, zipper malfunction, rips or tears) , incorrect items or are missing items, contact our customer service team at the returns portal within 3 business days of receipt of your order. 

Refund and Return Policy

Clothing Orders:

• Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We do not issue refunds unless it is at fault of  Treasures of Pearl.

• We do not exchange items. You must purchase another item(s) and return your received item(s)

• All returns must be initiated within 3 days of receipt of your order.

• All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.

• Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn with tag attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund of products received that are not in the original condition.

• Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is NOT eligible for return. Discounted Prices include if purchased an item marked down; this does not include items purchased with a coupon or automatic sale discount.  

• Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

• Returned shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels unless there was a mistake on our end.

• Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse. Please include a copy of your original receipt with the item circled in order to expedite your return.

Custom Product Orders

• Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
